If you are a non-for-profit organization on Staten Island
and offer services, need volunteers, have an event comming up,
or have any other announcements to make to the community you
may want to place a Videogram with CTV.
Our Videograms run continously on channels 56 and 57
and also run in between programs on channels 34 and 35.
By the way, you don't need to be an organization to place a videogram.
All you need is a message and we'll put it up with in 5 days...

To get your progam aired you must fill out a Cablecast Request form.
Remember, you must submit a form with each tape. |

You must fill out a Project Planning Outline before you
check out equipment. PPO's are not reservation forms.
If you will be creating a show in the studio you will have
to fill out a Studio PPO. If you are planning to do a field
show you must fill out a Portable PPO. |

EXCEPTION FORMS ARE NOT RESERVATION FORMS
Approval of exceptions is not automatic. Please call for follow up and reservation
Exceptions are required for the following cases:
a. reservation is less than 7 days in advance
b. reservation is more than 30 days in advance
c. extended equipment check out
d. extended or extra edit session (same day)
e. edit session is above allotted amount
f. check out is over allotted amount
g. cases that do not follow CTV's normal polocies & procedures
